1. Introduction
Welcome to CoreBite. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("user", "you") and HN DIGITAL GROUP LLC ("CoreBite", "we", "us", "our"), the company that owns and operates the CoreBite software platform (the "Service"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, Medical Disclaimer, and Results Disclaimer, each of which is incorporated by reference.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, completing a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction in order to use CoreBite. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Account Registration
Certain features require you to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. User Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login information.
- Use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized.
- Provide accurate dietary preferences and information when using the planning tools.
- Independently evaluate any suggestions before acting on them.
6. Subscription Services
CoreBite is provided as a subscription-based software platform. Subscription plans, pricing, features, and included content are described at the point of purchase. Access to the Service is granted for the duration of an active, paid subscription.
7. Billing and Payments
All payments are processed through our authorized payment partner, Whop. Charges will appear on your statement with the descriptor WHOP* COREBITE. By providing payment information you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and any other amounts owed in connection with your account.
8. Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or as otherwise stated at checkout) at the then-current price, until you cancel. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel at any time through your Whop account settings.
9. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellations are managed through your Whop account. For assistance, contact support@hndigitalgroup.online.
10. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is governed by our dedicated Refund Policy. In summary, customers may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase by emailing support@hndigitalgroup.online.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and all related content — including software, text, design, graphics, logos, recipes, meal plan templates, and trademarks — are owned by or licensed to HN DIGITAL GROUP LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal use only.
12. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You will not interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
13. Prohibited Activities
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the Service.
- Scraping, data mining, or systematically collecting content from the Service.
- Using the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful content.
- Sharing account credentials with third parties.
- Using the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
14. Software Availability
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors outside our reasonable control. Features may be added, modified, or removed from time to time.
15. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers such as Whop (billing), hosting providers, analytics providers, and email service providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CoreBite is software for meal organization. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, nutrition counseling, or healthcare services. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the Service.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HN DIGITAL GROUP LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HN DIGITAL GROUP LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
19. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in New Mexico, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
21. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
