This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which HN DIGITAL GROUP LLC ("CoreBite", "we", "us") will issue refunds for subscriptions to the CoreBite software platform. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Eligibility
Customers who have made a valid purchase of a CoreBite subscription are eligible to request a refund, provided the request is submitted within the refund window described below and complies with the requirements of this policy.
2. Refund Window
You may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this 7-day window may not be eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
3. How To Request A Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@hndigitalgroup.online from the email address associated with your purchase and include:
- The full name used at checkout.
- The email address used at checkout.
- The approximate purchase date.
- The order or transaction reference, if available.
- A short reason for the refund request (optional but helpful).
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days; however, the time it takes for funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. Charges on your statement appear as WHOP* COREBITE.
5. Exceptions
- Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window.
- Subscriptions canceled in prior billing cycles and renewed automatically when cancellation was available.
- Accounts terminated for violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Requests resulting from circumstances unrelated to the Service (e.g., change of mind after extended use).
